I'm Ben MacCarty, and I'm an artist/craftsman/maker/DIYer and whatever else-er.  I studied art and design in college, but I learned the majority of my skills through years of practice, trial and error, and failure after failure after failure. I started out creating wooden military awards while I was deployed, but have since expanded that genre to creating decorations for all sorts of people and occasions. My goal is to create unique pieces that display recognition and enhance the memory of whoever and whatever they are made for.
